Requirements for the vacant positions are as follows;
CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY
Job Responsibilities:
- Attending Board meetings and writing Board Minutes
- Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and
transmitting text, data, and graphics. - Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information, and initiating
telecommunications. - Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and
arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. - Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or
referring inquiries.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretariatship.
- Professional qualification in the field of Secretariatship will be an added advantage.
- Minimum work experience of two (2) years at middle management level.
- Work experience within the Rural Banking sector will be an added advantage.
ACCOUNT CLERKS
Job Responsibilities:
- Serving as primary contact for customers.
- Responding to customer enquiries on the Bank’s products and services.
- Marketing of the Bank’s products to both existing and prospective customers.
- Opening of accounts.
- Performing data capture activities in the T24 banking software.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy or a related field of study.
- Related fields of study in Business Administration and/or Professional qualification (ICA – Part
2, ACCA – Part 2, or CIB – Part 2) will be an added advantage. - Minimum work experience of two (2) years.
- Work experience within the Rural Banking sector will be an added advantage.
