Requirements for the vacant positions are as follows;

CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY

Job Responsibilities:

Advertisements
  • Attending Board meetings and writing Board Minutes
  • Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and
    transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information, and initiating
    telecommunications.
  • Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and
    arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or
    referring inquiries.

  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and organization
  • Typing
  • Verbal Communication

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretariatship.
  • Professional qualification in the field of Secretariatship will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum work experience of two (2) years at middle management level.
  • Work experience within the Rural Banking sector will be an added advantage.

ACCOUNT CLERKS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serving as primary contact for customers.
  • Responding to customer enquiries on the Bank’s products and services.
  • Marketing of the Bank’s products to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Opening of accounts.
  • Performing data capture activities in the T24 banking software.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy or a related field of study.

    2, ACCA – Part 2, or CIB – Part 2) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum work experience of two (2) years.
  •  Work experience within the Rural Banking sector will be an added advantage.
