• Regulate and monitor assets on all sites via CCTV
• Record keeping of all maintenance work, OHS files, and assets of all sites both physical and soft copies
• Collaborate and communicate with support technicians and management to ensure the uninterrupted operation of electronic systems utilized within the organization/site as part of its core operations.
• Coordinates the company’s facility operations, coordinates facility staff and office move while ensuring the company complying with all Health and Safety regulations.
• Support sites with RnM requirements
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate security and cleaning deliverables
• Coordinate vehicle fleet and drivers

• Provision windows-based machines
• Setup office 365 application
• Assist with video conferencing systems
