ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

REPORTS TO: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
LOCATION: TAKORADI
ACCOMODATION: YES
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the Supervision of recruitment of employees including the planning,
organizing, developing recruitment channels and implementing the interview according to company recruitment management policy - Conduct Background check on possible candidates
- Responsible for the supervision of Performance Appraisals across the organization
- Supervise various HR Officers Activities
- Implement approved HR Strategic Plan
- Supervise all HR training Activities
QUALITIES OF CANDIDATE
- High degree of professionalism in delivery of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point
- A good team player; relate well with managers and subordinates
- Be able to work under minimum supervision
- Good administrative and organization skills
- Good Knowledge in the Employment/Labor Laws of Ghana
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of Second Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology,
Business Management or its equivalent - At least 7 years’ relevant experience in similar duties
- Membership to Professional certification is an added advantage.
SALARY RANGE: Attractive and dependent on Experience and Exposure
