ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

REPORTS TO: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
LOCATION: TAKORADI
ACCOMODATION: YES

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for the Supervision of recruitment of employees including the planning,
    organizing, developing recruitment channels and implementing the interview according to company recruitment management policy
  • Conduct Background check on possible candidates
  • Responsible for the supervision of Performance Appraisals across the organization
  • Supervise various HR Officers Activities
  • Implement approved HR Strategic Plan
  • Supervise all HR training Activities

QUALITIES OF CANDIDATE

  • High degree of professionalism in delivery of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • A good team player; relate well with managers and subordinates
  • Be able to work under minimum supervision
  • Good administrative and organization skills
  • Good Knowledge in the Employment/Labor Laws of Ghana

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of Second Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology,
    Business Management or its equivalent
  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience in similar duties
  • Membership to Professional certification is an added advantage.
