A Reputable Real Estate Firm within East Legon is in search of a high-performing Business Development Manager to help drive business growth
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Proven Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and drive sales.
- Real estate market knowledge
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
