Vacancies exist in various positions within the Ghana Institute of Languages, a constituent institute of the University of Media, Arts and Communication (UMAC), with specialization in teaching both Foreign and Local Languages.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons who wish to be appointed as: Lecturer / Assistant Lecturer – Spanish, Portuguese, German and English.
DUTIES :
- Teach and examine students according to the syllabus released by the institute
- Prepare and submit semester reports on students to Head of department / school
- Conduct research in the specific subject or area related to the other academic activities of the institute
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of School / Department
Qualification Required & Experience
- Must possess a PhD or an MPhil in the following languages, Spanish, German and Portuguese
- Not above 50 years
