Please, understand that, this is an intervention programme introduced to alleviate trainees of abject hardship and to improve lives of all trainees (formerly, unemployed graduates).
The delay of your “stipend” is as a result of an exercise held to weed out all unscrupulous trainees who didn’t deserve to be on the scheme but were on it.
That being executed successfully, payment will effect shortly.
