Role Purpose
Support the EMEA Small Holder Farmers Venture Lead and the local team in the Africa drone project implementation
Job Title: Technical field support for drone project
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- To begin with, Support the local team in the implementation of the pilot in Ghana
- Then, Build relationship with stakeholders and farmers communities
- Also, Follow the field implementation/ spraying
- Moreover, Coordinate the data collection and the conclusion of the pilot
- More so, Provide a summarize of the experimentation with recommendations
- Additionally, Support the development & the implementation of a digital tool to connect farmers to the service
- Afterwards, Be the interface between external stakeholders in the field and the project team,
- Last but not least, Ensure good communication flow to and from farmers communities,
- Finally, Collect and analyze raw data
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- University degree in agronomy
- Knowledge in Ghana Agriculture / agronomical skills
- Interest for digital overall & digital farming
- Business model sensitivity would be a plus
- Good communication skills, oral and writing
- Interest for innovation
- Fluency in English and Twi
- Good knowledge of Ghana Agriculture challenges / agronomical skills,
- Interest for digital overall & digital farming,
