QUALIFICATION:

•  MVTI, TVET, or Technical Institute certificate (TTI)

Required Skills or Experience

• NABCO & National Service Personnel are very much encouraged to apply
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Goal-oriented, team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership to support factory hands and good recycling, plastic pelletizing or production experience
• Ability to work with little or no supervision. Take initiative.
• Having a valid driving license and being able to drive is an advantage
• Residing around Nsawam, Doboro, Nsumia, Sapeiman would be a great advantage
