The Roman Ridge School seeks to employ the services of an inspiring & energetic forward-thinking individual to join our Management Team in the capacity of Head of Middle School, effective 1 August 2021.
- Candidates must hold a good first degree in Education or an academic subject.
- Candidates must also demonstrate sound leadership qualities and professional characteristics necessary for working effectively with our students, our staff and our parents, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Head of Department or Senior Teacher.
- A strong working knowledge of the English National Curriculum and the UK Independent Schools system of education (ISEB Common Entrance 11+ and 13+) is a must.
