Strong time management and effective organizational skills, with the ability to think laterally, work under pressure and achieve work deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
Skilled Manpower arrangement and day-to-day handling of Manpower including effective utilization of manpower.

Day to Day management of Press Rooms, Substrate inventories, Ink and Varnishes, Spare parts etc.
Generate job order with all necessary details in the press and Production planning with high efficiency and low wastages and maintaining the quality of the material
Timely execution of Preventive maintenance schedule of machines and promptly attend breakdowns.
Plates Planning, Sourcing of Plates &Press proofing for new jobs
Maintaining daily production data and reviewing daily production formats
Define sops for printing department and its implementation
Maintaining inventories for material at different levels
Conduct training for the printing department.
Ability to finish the targets in the defined time period.
Maintaining discipline in the department
